In this program you get to learn life lessons that you experience during an internship abroad. An internship abroad is the ideal way to develop yourself professionally. You gain new experiences, learn about other cultures, improve your language skills and become more independent. It is a place to reflect on yourself-how do I present myself- and you have the opportunity to make mistakes during your internship and get up again. An internship is also a useful way to find out which aspects you already have good control off and which are yet to be mastered.
During an internship abroad you will be given the opportunity to develop various skills that are important in the time of the globalization of clubs - the expansion of clubs on the international market. Thus an ideal way to build and expand your network!

The Talent Exchange program offers talents the opportunity to further develop themselves abroad. In this way, the talent not only experiences a different culture, but they also learn the laws and regulations of football there.
- Minimum age: 16 years old. If younger you should be accompanied by your parents/guardians
- Minimal duration program is 1 week. Extending is possible to your wishes
- Accommodation is not included in price. SPA will arrange accommodation to your wishes.
